
Ukrainian attack drones destroyed two self-propelled launchers of Russia’s S-400 air defense system in the Belgorod region.
According to the Ukrainian portal Militarnyi, the attack took place on December 14, 2025, in a deployment area used by Russian military forces.
According to the Ukrainian military, the attack targeted elements of a Russian S-400 “Triumf” surface-to-air missile system operated by the 568th Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment of the Russian Armed Forces.
The attack was carried out by attack drone operators from the 15th Separate Artillery Reconnaissance Brigade, known as the “Black Forest.”
A video of the engagement was released by the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The footage captured the moment when the Ukrainian drones hit the missile launchers that were loaded.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), military analyst @moklasen determined that the S-400 launchers were hit near the settlement of Verkhny Olshanets, about 50 km from the Ukrainian border.
Later, the General Staff confirmed that after the drone strike, an explosion also destroyed four 48N6DM surface-to-air missiles, one of the main interceptor missiles used by the S-400 system, which were stored in their transport-launch containers.
